Presented as a two-person show titled “Life in Greys” during the Studio RM Artist Retreat 2025 in Lahore, later exhibited at O Art Space, the presentation brought together the works of Khalil Chishtee and Adeel-uz Zafar.
Chishtee’s sculptural practice, built from metal, text, and found materials, draws on calligraphic references to question how meaning is shaped by form and familiarity. His works appear visually poetic yet resist direct interpretation, holding tension between what is seen and what is understood.
Across the dialogue of Life in Greys, both artists reflect on memory, identity, and perception- inviting viewers into a space where meaning is not fixed, but unfolds slowly, between recognition and reflection.
